Smart, practical luggage for boating and travelling

Travelling to regattas, the dockside or boat park has just got a lot more sophisticated, and easier too. Zhik’s new range of boating luggage offers many practical features for sailors and boaters to organise and carry their gear.

Zhik’s new Wheelie Bag is made with a robust, waterproof 600 denier polyester fabric, and a rugged, anti-slip base.  With a smart grey marle effect and three strong grab handles with high vis trims, it will be easy to pick out on the luggage carousel.

Constructed for strength and long-term durability, it has PVC reinforced corners, smooth, quiet, easy glide wheels and support stops to keep the bag standing upright at the check-in desk.

Designed with a clamshell style, it opens out flat for easy packing with storage for 110 litres of luggage. Inside the bag, a variety of zipped organiser compartments with mesh openings creates convenient storage for different types and size of luggage. Two externally accessible pockets isolate wet garments or equipment, and lockable zippers and compression straps complete the picture.

The new Team BackPack is your ideal hand luggage companion, and a practical marine bag too. Made with robust, water resistant 600 denier fabric and a heavy duty base, it has a built in laptop sleeve and 25 litres capacity, which is great for spare layers and team kit. Complete with a generous 3D front cargo pocket and stretch side pockets for drinks bottles, it comes with soft breathable mesh straps and back panel, plus high vis trims.

For heading down to the regatta venue, Zhik has introduced a 65 Litre Regatta Holdall and the 45 Litre Holdall. Both made from hard wearing, waterproof and water resistant 600 denier fabric, they include a large, waterproof and fully seam taped inner pocket for wet garments.

There’s often too much to carry when heading to your boat. So, in addition to the shoulder strap, the 65L Regatta holdall comes with a set of adjustable, padded shoulder straps. Carry the loaded bag on your back down to the waterside and simply stow the straps in the top pocket when using the bag for travel luggage.

The 45L holdall features a side mesh pocket, carry handles and a shoulder strap, and both bags have a strong, anti-slip heavy duty base, that can cope with wet changing room floors.
